For our Industry Sector in CHENGDU,we are looking for a IT infrastructure Engineer.To ensure the design, development and enhancement of solutions in accordance with the demand specification. To ensure the professional implementation of development projects in terms of quality, time and costs. To ensure that tests are completed comprehensively and in full, together with all necessary acceptance steps. To ensure that changes are implemented rapidly and with minimal risk. To be involved in creating and enhancing the application architecture.

What are my responsibilities?
-Implementation of demands in the form of IT projects or change requests:
-Check the technical practicality of demands/design specifications.
-Develop solution concepts.
-Create requirement specifications.
-Fine-tune the project.
-Prepare project agreement.
-Create detailed specification.
-Create test plan.
-Development work based on IT architecture stipulations.
-Conduct test according to test plan.
-Prepare production start-up.
-Release solution for use.
-Support user training, and maintain specified training documentation to match the local needs.
-Start operating solution.
-Support application operation:
-Plan and implement changes and releases.
-Handle complex incidents and problems, and provide first level support.
-Communicate with core MES solution team in headquater und service provider in terms of problems and solution, ensure IT Support with defined service level agreement.
-Set up and maintain application-related capacity and availability planning.
-Implement application-related configuration management.
-Set up and maintain application-related emergency planning.
-Ensure adherence to application-related compliance and security requirements.
-Support demand management:
-Support for demand management in advising business/process owners in all technical/solution-oriented IT issues.
-To be the Interface between the MES Engineer and the Infrastructure Engieer.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-knowledge of the IT platforms for solutions within system and network administration, specially for manufacturing.
-Development methods such as CMMI and V-Model, Project Management, Service management according to ITIL
-Knowledge of the solutions in the Industrial IT (MES and Infrastructure).
-Very good English.
-Kownledge of German is an advantage.
-Knowledge of the service catalog to which the solutions within the area of responsibility are assigned.
-Basic Knowledge of the manufacturing-process.
-Knowledge of the IT platforms devlopment for solutions within system, master web-based programming
-2-3 years experience in industrial IT operations;
-Experience in at least a mid-size plant required
-IT Project managment for software and process launching
-Capable to cooperate and lead in an diverse environment
