职责描述：
1.负责店铺装修过程中的进度跟进，及时发现问题并反馈，协助直接上级或关联部门解决问题；
2.负责与物业公司及关联单位沟通协调卖场工程方面问题；

3.负责卖场新装、改装店铺的装修图纸审核；
4.参与、协助卖场的动线设计与优化；
5.完成其他领导指派的工作。

任职要求：

1) 性别不限，形象气质良好，全日制大学专科及以上学历，土木工程、装饰装潢等相关专业毕业，有两年以上装饰装修工程经验，具有卖场同岗位或相似岗位相关工作经验者尤佳。
2) 熟悉工程装修各个环节及流程，对卖场有一定了解；

3) 沟通能力、协调能力、执行能力强；具备较好的谈判能力和应变能力；

4) 熟练操作CAD绘图软件及office办公软件。
