For our Industry Sector in CHENGDU,we are looking for a I IA AS MF SEWC BA LU Finished Goods planner.

What are my responsibilities?
Production Planning
- create quarterly/monthly production plan to achieve the appropriate stock level in EC/LCC with stable/constant production level
- maintain/monitor all the parameters relevant with the production planning in SAP
Production Order Management
- release production order based on requirement priority after checking material and capacity availability
- analysis the root cause for those production orders which couldn't be completed in time and execute corrective actions to recover them
- conduct root cause analyse, plan and implement actions to improve products' throughput time with production
- define cost-optimized production order lot sizes together with production
- create and release pilot production orders on request after checking material and capacity availability
Finished Goods Management
- monitor EC/LCC stock level
- escalate the out of stock issues to recover the deliverability
- initialize and coordinate the finished goods scrapping based on relative departments requirement
- execute the blocking of stocks and stock retrieval in case of technical problems
Special Tasks
- support EWA/SNC relocation project
- analysis and improve the relevant processes
- contribute to cross-functional / international projects as a representative of EWC logistics unit

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Operational experience in material planning is preferred
-Supply chain / logistics and manufacturing experience
-Product relocation experience is preferred
-Experience in an international company is preferred
