For our Industry Sector in CHENGDU,we are looking for a Senior Siemens Production System/Lean consulatant
Implementation, securing and further development of all lean activities in the defined areas of responsibility (total production, cross-functional processes) with the aim that, through a continuous improvement process, productivity improvement is achieved. Assure that the success of Siemens Electronic Works Chengdu (SEWC) is archived.

What are my responsibilities?
-Drive and support of all lean activities in the defined areas of responsibility, so that a continuous improvement process is consequently implemented.
-Analyze difficult processes / themes / disruptions in production and production related and also administrative fields. Identify weak points, develop solutions and support related implementation, in order to improve production performance and to attain further production improvement.
-Definition of comprehensive standards, description of methods and developmentof documentation (including also processes, work place development, tools and methods) so that cross-functional (across team or department) knowledge is made available and applicable.
-Preparation, distribution and training of the subject and method knowledge in consultation discussions, meetings, workshops, etc., so that the knowledge is passed on and initiates independent improvement activities.
-Moderation of meetings, workshops and coaching of change processes and activities in the factory and for the management function, so that the successful implementation of lean thinking is assured.
-Evaluation of costs / benefits of the project and carry out the controlling of measure implementation, in order to provide the key figures and benefit statement.. Standards must be assured, timetable kept and if necessary escalate in the early stages into the management function.
-Realizing of the subject knowledge in the calculation of comprehensive investment decisions resp. implementation plans (assessment, bringing in of suggestions, etc.,) so that management functions are supported in investment decision making.
-Conduct and inform about best practice sharing (factory, cross factories) in order to learn from each other as well as to initiate further improvements.
-Conduction of SPS screenings / assessments in the factory as well as collection and checking of key indicators, to establish a database to define measures and projects.
-Co-operation in the development and implementation of the production road map for 3-5 years (deduce measures, start pilot projects, plan training, design roll out plans, etc.,) in order to assure a long term success (-plan).
-Coordination, control and expert leadership of practitioner-teams and / or assigned expert employees, in order to achieve by common target-orientated acting best results and to promote the subject.
-Participation in work groups / projects in order to inform oneself and to provide information to the others, to take influence and to optimize processes and workflows.
