Tasks:
- Responsible for create and/or update power electronics design for drives product development, schematics and layout, to meet technical requirements and cost target
- Responsible for design verification in development phase, including functional, EMC, environmental tests, etc.
- Focus on power electronic components study, e.g. IGBT, caps, etc.
- Work with cross functional team members

Requirements (must have):
- Master’s degree in power electronics engineering
- 1 to 3-year experience as power electronics engineer
- Comprehensive understanding of power electronics, electrical circuits and electromagnetic theories (EMC).
- Experience in product development from concept to running production.
- Knowledge (and experience) in power electronic circuit design and tests for drive products.
- Knowledge (and design experience) on IGBT module, gate driver, power chokes, Aluminum capacitors, SMPS.
- Able to perform root cause analysis systematically
- Skills of using tools such as PADS, Simulink, Pspice, Saber, Mathcad
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Willing to take challenges and willing to learn
- Open minded and willing to share knowledge with the team
- Show initiative, work systematically and goal-oriented

Requirements (good to have):
- Understanding on electronics product DFM (Design for manufacturing)
- Understanding on electronics production process and test
- Knowledge on international standards and certification, preferably drive product related standards, EMC, LVD, UL.
- Work or study experience aboard or in an international company
