工作职责:

1. 负责区域内代理商、经销商的开发、维护、资格管理与评估;

Channels development/maintain/evaluation/management;

2. 根据公司销售政策负责拟订并签订代理商、经销商合作协议;

Channels agreements management;

3. 维护与代理商经销商的良好关系，维护代理商经销商与公司的信息沟通渠道;

Maintain good relation and info feedback with channels;

4. 负责监督并具体执行代理商经销商的业务人员培训工作;

Arrange the training course to channels;

5. 负责针对区域市场情况拟订市场产品和品牌的推广方案，协调并参与市场推广活动;

Make product/brand promotion solution, coordinate marketing promotion activity;

6. 确保区域内的渠道管理有序运行;

Management channels routing work;

7. 与销售团队人员紧密配合，共同实现整个销售团队的业务目标；

Co-work with sales team, to achieve group sales target;

8. 定期进行市场调查，收集相关行业市场信息，并整理和分析形成报告；

Market survey, collect industry info and write report;

9. 完成上级领导交代的其他工作;

Other tasks assigned by supervisor;

任职资格:

1. 大专及以上文化，3年以上相关工作经验，做过渠道管理等经验者优先考虑；

College and above, 3years+ relative work experience, channels management experience is preferred;

2. 半导体集成电路行业经验优先；

Semi-conduct experience is preferred;

3. 有良好的文字表达、文案撰写能力，优秀的创意策划思路；

Good writing skill with innovation ideal;

4. 熟练运用Office办公软件（PPT、Word、Excel等）进行工作总结和报告；

Good skill with office software

5. 工作细致认真，积极主动，责任心强，具有团队合作精神；

With strong responsibility, aggressiveness, team work spirit;

6. 有创意，且逻辑清晰；思维敏捷，善于沟通，具有良好的语言表达能力；

Be creative and have good communication skill;

7. 接受出差要求；

Willing to travel;
