岗位职责：

1、负责企业宣传片文案策划、脚本撰写、拍摄、后期、剪辑制作；

2、配合市场进行线上线下的品牌宣传与推广及配合各需求部门进行视频的后期制作；

3、参与公司组织策划的推广活动，并对活动进行拍摄、后期编辑；

4、收集公司影像资料，定期整理；

5、对各种素材包括文字、图片、视频等按照编辑规定进行有效处理；

7、协调与沟通制作过程中的相关各环节；完成制作全过程，保证成片质量。

任职资格：

1、 传媒、新闻、影视制作、美术、动漫等相关专业毕业大专或以上学历；

2、 从事视频剪辑等相关职位一年以上工作经验；

3、 具备视频拍摄脚本的策划能力；

4、 能熟练使用摄像、摄影等设备，能熟练使用主流视频剪辑软件独立完成剪辑、配乐；

5、 具有良好的剪辑、特效包装能力、简单校色、较高的审美观；

6、 有创新意识以及独特视角，对作品的创意、板式设计、色彩、节奏、配乐等方面有较好的把握。

7、 有较强的沟通能力，团队沟通协作能力以及执行力；
