Job Description

1.？？？？？？ Facilitate end to end process from offline to online

2.？？？？？？ Develop Strategy & Roadmap of Bosch Car Service Membership Management and Operation

3.？？？？？？ Develop Annual Planning of 2C promotion development & deployment to create market pull, clear value proposition to franchise customers is a must

4.？？？？？？ Develop Annual Planning of 2B deployment to implement promotion plan with franchise workshop customers

5.？？？？？？ Develop Annual Planning of tool development & deployment with Digital PM

6.？？？？？？ Provide clear measurement on SA/Technician job quality from customer satisfaction

7.？？？？？？ Establish BCS Membership System to increase car driver intimacy

8.？？？？？？ Coordinate Roll-out and improvement plan based on NPS

9.？？？？？？ Operate BCS wehcat official account

10.？？ Enable BCS membership management to achieve business intelligence

11.？？ Contribute to AA ecosystem

Qualifications

1.？？？？？？ More than 5 year experience in automotive aftermarket business

2.？？？？？？ More than 2 year experience in 2B marketing

3.？？？？？？ More than 3 year experience in 2C marketing

4.？？？？？？ Good Communication skill

5.？？？？？？ Good presentation skill

6.？？？？？？ Project management experience

7.？？？？？？ Logical and structured working style

8.？？？？？？ Able to deliver with can-do attitude

9.？？？？？？ Fluent English is a plus
