Job Description: Overall control of import and export activity, and make sure the delivery KPI is meet.
1. Lead the Import team to ensure material and equipments on time delivery to plant.
2. Lead the export team to ensure finish goods on time delivery to DCs.
3. Lead E-TEB management to ensure bonded material balance.
4. Optimize logistic flow and control forwarder for transportation based on the income terms.
5.Establish and maintain good government relations, with local government and especially with Customs officials to insure a good communication link that will assure a good logistics flow.
6. Ensure Companys compliance with PRC state and local laws and regulations on import/export area.
7. Establishes and maintain Import/Export management system including work process, documentation.
8.Provides KPI report and data to the company's management team.
9.Develops and trains import/export team, maintain the team's competency.
10 Initiate and lead import/export related improvement projects.
11. Responsible for internal/external audit regarding import/export area. Qualification:
1.Bachelors Degree or above, major in logistics management, supply chain management or related areas.
2.5+ years of relevant work experience, prefer in manufacturing industry, with 3+ years management experience that exemplified strong leadership skills.
3. Business management skills including the ability develop, translate and manage strategy, to formulate and monitor budgets, expenses, and to manage costs.
4. Logistics experience in IMP & EXP, transport organization.
5. Ability to monitor, and manage the performance of as well as the development of staff.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to impact and influence all levels of employees and management, both inside the company and externally with suppliers.
7. Good negotiation, data analyze and problem solving skills.
8. Good English and writing skills.
9. Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Advanced level understanding of local regulations and PR of local Chinese authorities.
