Job Description:
1,Find defect root cause by performing component electrical and physical failure analysis
2,Perform analysis using power scope, curve tracer, x-ray, SAM, ,de-cap solution, cross section, SEM etc
3,Data analysis and reporting
4,Perform equipment maintenance to ensure good equipment condition.
5,Develop and introduce and improve failure analysis methods
6,Provide training to technicians and operators to develop their technical competence
7,Improve system continuously, compliance with quality, safety, security system like TS16949,ISO14001, OHSAS18001
8,Other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager Qualification:
1,Major in electronics or similar with bachelor degree
2,2 years component FA working experience in semiconductor company
3,Good knowledge of concept, procedure in FA area due to training and prolonged job experience.
4,Good English both in written and oral
5,Familiar with MS office software
6,Knowledge of semiconductor backend process would be an advantage.
7,Good analytic and problem solving skill.
8,Team work spirit and good communication skill.
