RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsible for product design and verification. Introduction of technology from DANA abroad
? Establishing the programs and processes for new product development including: interacting with customers to define product needs investigating new concept potential with respect to manufacturing, cost and marketability; preparing drawings, evaluating product designs; building prototypes samples; conducting product testing.
? Responsible for meeting customer’s build schedules and all quantity, quality and delivery targets of prototype products.
? Coordinating the program management function with the sales department.
? Participate in DOS, TS16949 and ISO 14000 activities.
? Developing improvement plans for product capability.
? Interfacing with A/E, customers, suppliers, and other management staff as required within the plant and outside the plant.
? Teaming with production and quality management teams for continuous improvements.
? Problem solving/process troubleshooting
? Technical support and verification localization


Position Requirements

? Bachelor’s degree and above (bachelor included), majoring in mechanics &automation, mechanical &Electrical or Automotive;
? More than 3 years’ development experience in automotive industry, Thermal or sealing parts development experience is preferred;
? Skilled in Pro-E software;
? Possess good GD&T knowledge;
? Possess strong mechanical theory knowledge(i.e. mechanical designing, mechanics of material, mechanics of project);
? Possess analyzing and solving abilities(clear-minded);
? Good self-controlling ability
? Familiar with TS 16949 quality system knowledge
? Good English ,listening, speaking ,reading, writing and interpreting
? Familiar with product development system of Automotive company, Well known in GM ,VW or Ford product development system is preferred;
