Quality Engineer

Position: Quality Engineer

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

1. Optimizes manufacturing processes with focus on semiconductor industry.

2. Participates in multi-functional teams to resolve problems.

3. Lead in continuous improvements, process enhancement and cost reduction programs.

4. Works with internal manufacturing partners to resolve technical and quality issues.

5. Be the champion of 6-Sigma projects and able to lead or coach team on 6-sigma projects from different function areas.

6. Customer oriented. Maintains product quality, manufacturing effectiveness and resolution of process difficulties through effective statistical analysis, designed experiments, and procedural changes.

7. To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department

8. Understand and abide by the contents of ISO9000 and ISO14001, and also put forward amendment scheme in own working field.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above or experience equivalent to that, bachelor degree in engineering would be preferred

2. 3+year in process area or quality experience in relevant industry, 5 years above for Sr. position.

3. Familiar with semiconductor industry standard and semiconductor manufacturing environment.

4. Familiar in statistical control (SPC) and improvement techniques

5. English, good communicate skill in writing and oral, CET-4 preferred
