Requirements,
*University graduate.At least seven to ten years of relevant experience in well-regarded automobile products organizations,
*Significant product design and product validation experience within plastic automotive components manufacturing organization , experience in decorative finishes is a plus
*Significant knowledge of Automotive OEM development and validation standards
*Very strong skills in oral and written communication in English,
*Proficient oral and written skills in Mandarin.
*Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power point, 3D CAD such as UG or Catia is a plus
*Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure
*Ability to travel internationally
*Ability to drive internationally

*Leadership Skills: Able to demonstrate exemplary leadership qualities to the organization, thereby helping to influence the cultural values of key constituencies within the engineering, and the other units across the company. able to demonstrator strong conflict resolution skills.
*Strategic Intellect: Able to conceptualize the needs of global organization and identify solutions that support the needs of multiple stakeholders on an enterprise wide basis
Responsibilities,
*Develop and maintain a well trained and highly motivated staff capable of performing all engineering functions and playing a key role in meeting the SRG growth goals.
*Recommend professional training programs aimed at elevating employee techniques and managerial skills.
*Develop and maintain a high level contact with SRG Engineering in USA to facilitate 24 Hours support for product design and development .
*Monitor and track key project deliverables to ensure timely completion in line with targets set by the project, management team
*Support project management, carry out assignments and perform various duties as assigned.
*Communicates corporate/site direction and involves department staff in developing relevant goals and action plans.
*Effectively leads and manages department associates in meeting goals and initiatives.
*Ensures ongoing, effective communications.
*Develops and manages Departmental budget.
*Selects from approved outside validation / testing services vendors , Monitors and tracks these services to ensure timely completion in line with targets set by the project, management team
*Maintains effective working relationships with other associates, departments, sites and corporate staff.
*Actively participates in and supports teamwork and continuous process improvement.
*Performs duties safely and in accordance with company safety policies.
*Conduct "Benchmark" exercises to ensure competitiveness of SRG technologies and products
