工作职责：

  

1. 负责员工出差机票住宿安排；

2. 负责公司车辆管理（车辆保单、接送机用车等）；

3. 负责宿舍管理；

4. 负责日常行政费用的核对分析及供应商管理（物业/绿化/饮用水/酒店协议等)；

5. 供应商信息系统录入、合同流程；

6. 及时办理相关证件的注册、登记、变更、年检等手续；

7. 负责员工活动的策划、组织及宣传（每月生日会、公司团建活动等）；

8. 负责公司日常用品采购及员工OT餐预订；

9. 协助人事办理员工入离职及招聘工作；

10. 其他主管交办的事项；

11. 简历请附近期正面生活照。

                      

任职要求：

  

1. 形象好，气质佳，活泼开朗、沟通能力强，富有亲和力；

2. 大专及以上学历，1年以上相关工作经验，英语听说读写能力良好；

3. 细心、踏实、适应力和责任心强，具有良好的职业素养；

4. 具有良好的协调与执行能力，及较强的服务和保密意识；

5. 熟练使用Word/Excel/PPT等办公软件，学习能力强；

6. 具备一定的商务礼仪知识。
