Task
1. Focus on CE CP products and technology, analysis the market and competitors' information including price, features, service & movement; make CE CP business development strategy
2. Supply business development solution and promotion tools to region sales and customers; assist regional sales to develop new OEM customers
3. Interface and coordinate business activates of key accounts; coordinate for sales and business related issues of cross-region key accounts.
4. Understand the market needs and feedback to product management team.

Knowledge
- Technologies: CE CP Product knowledge
- Technologies: Electronic or electrical automation
- Profess. Knowl.: Microsoft Office Skills
- Profess. Knowl.: Fluent English (verbal and writing)

Experience
- Professional(Variety of Business):
- Major in industry automation
- Min 3-5 years business development & management experience in CE CP
- Project / Process (Variety of Function Areas):
- Collaboration with Regional sales and product manager
- Leadership (Variety of Function Types)
- Experience in leading a team is a plus
- Intercultural (Variety of Cultures)
- Experience of working in foreign company / collaboration with HQ in foreign country

Education
- Degree: Bachelor or above (Preferred University)
- Preferred Major: Technology / Automation
