职位描述
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Order execution in accordance with company policy
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Handle contract booking, order processing according to our Kan Ban system and day to day work for project order and Kan Ban Cards update to catch up OTD rate.
2.Documents preparation and submission:
A.Billing: bill to customer timely, work with finance AR team to expedite the payment with customer
B.Letter of Credit: Review the L/C draft and comments to customer
C.Negotiation of Letter of Credit: Prepare the L/C documents (invoice, packing list, certification, shipping supporting...etc) and submit it to bank for negotiation within L/C deadline
D.Timely to apply for Bank Guarantee with finance team
E.Apply for payment to supplier timely
F.Prepare the shipping documents to supplier for shipping arrangement
3.Coordination with internal / external customer
A.Place order and expedite shipment with manufacture
B.Make shipping arrangement with manufacture and Logistic team
C.Coordinate shipping schedule with manufacture and customer
D.Working with project team on project schedule update
4.Maintain Regular Reports
A.Monthly review Backlog Report, ensure POR accuracy
B.Monthly review and maintain AR reports, take charge of L/C orders from document submission to receipt. Ensure L/C payment can be received within a time frame.
C.Other reports (project related such as order consol. List, order check list, booking & shipment status...etc)
5.Fully understand the order procedure for project execution
6.Familiar with JDE & DMS system. Keep 5S working environment.
7.Monthly EAC review meeting with Finance & Project team.
8.Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE
1.College or above, majoring in electronic engineering or business.
2.Good communication skill, willing to learn, can work under pressure.
3.Working experience in procurement dept is preferred.
