·POSITION OBJECTIVE

Help service business manager to manage the whole service team operation.

·MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


Providing admin support for operation management of service team.
-Scheduling engineers' site work together with site service supervisor and service project supervisor based on service operation procedure
-CRMOD management for all service engineers
-Responsible to assist in coordinating service activities and related documentation in absence of Service Supervisor
-Consolidating relevant documentation for service application; i.e. HUET certificates, training certificates, medical certificates.
-Prepare monthly service operation management report with adherence to the ISO requirements.
Spares parts inventory management
Service Tools management
Cooperation with common department for service team operation
Meeting assistant for Service meeting and trainings
Repair management
-Responsible for the management of repairing in and out of warranty
-Responsible for arranging faulty equipment back to respective subsidiaries
-Follow-up repair status and return delivery
-Coordinate on shipment or shipping instructions for repair unit with liaison with customer and producing factory
Other job assigned by service business manager
