  预测和需求分析专员

Responsibilities岗位职责

  

• 与销售团队紧密合作，准备每月，每周的预测。协助与销售团队召开预测评审会议，制定预测和需求计划。

• 管理预测和需求计划的标准工作。测量并持续提高销售预测的准确性。

• 监控和跟踪项目的销售预测。跟踪订单周期，加快清理积压订单，提高订单关闭时间。

• 关键客户要求预测，支持供应链改善生产计划流程，平衡成本和库存。

• 销售业绩和生产力分析

          

  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  

• 本科或以上学历

• 5年以上销售预测和分析经验

• 良好的口头和书面沟通能力。

• 良好的数据收集和分析能力。熟悉Excel等数据分析工具。

• 熟悉销售和运营计划流程。

• 能够在快节奏的环境中完成多项任务和优先级
