职位描述
Job specification of compensation and benefits Specialist
1. To be a strong contributor to the development of new compensation strategies through creative input combined with data analysis for the company's future challenges (bonus plans, market position, salary bracket design, pay mix analysis.).
2. Design, modify and deliver Remuneration & Benefits strategies for the organization, and ensure the program are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
3. Work closely with BU/FU/OPS to design and deliver retention plan/schemes.
4. Coordinate and deploy performance management, annual salary reviews, bonus payout processes throughout the company..
5. Manage the design and development of tools to assist Managers in benefits selection, and to guide managers through compensation decisions.
Prepare budgets for HR operations.
6. Evaluate, modify and Implement Human Resources Information system in C&B function and ensure the process and system is aligned with effective.
7. Knowledge base on China labor laws, legal codes, and government regulations in Shanghai.
8. Act as a recognized subject matter expert, advising HR and C&B manager.
Qualification & Experiences
1. 5-7 years strong experience in design and / or administration of C&B programs.
2. At least a bachelor degree.
3. Proven track record of delivering remuneration strategies.
4. Excellent communication skills and cross-site collaboration
5. Planning, organizing and coordinating competencies.
6. Advanced and familiar with office Excel skills.
