? POSITION OBJECTIVE
Expand RAS coverage in the respective region in China
? System Sales for respective region opportunity
? Be responsible for China key-accounts
? SCADA System business development

? MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Focus on system project selling in respective region of coverage
2. Work with RAS division standard
3. Sub-key accounts management (e.g Sinopec, CNOOC, CNPC)
4. Follow to RAS-China bid reporting
5. Follow to RAS system selling strategy
6. To generate RAS system with strategy and familiar with competitions analysis
7. Work closely with RAS-China system project organization

? SCOPE

1. RAS System project pursuit in region of coverage
2. Generate system selling strategy
3. Key-accounts management to respective region Government-Own-Enterprise
4. Complete internal reporting

? JOB COMPETENCIES
1. Have knowledge in RAS system business
2. Understand RAS SCADA technology
3. Can work independently RAS system selling
4. Prepare DOA procedure and TAP reporting
5. Have communication skills
6. A Team player - Willing to perform any duties and provide extra support to project team and customer expectations
7. Drive for result, Business Acumen, Dealing with Ambiguity

? EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor degree in EE, IE, Chemical Engineering or control
2. At least 10 years experiences in instrument or Control system business in China
3. At least 5 years SCADA/PLC sales experience
4. At least 5 years Sales experience to Government-Own-Enterprise
5. Good written and Oral English
