职位描述
POSITION OBJECTIVE
1.This position is responsible for supporting the EPM Eastern Service Centre operations in PVG Shanghai. It may include accommodating customers' visiting with service centre introduction/presentation.
2.Coordinate with EPM divisional service personnel with respect to the planning and optimization in utilizing the space, tools and equipment of the Service Centre.
3.Supporting Facility Dept. for daily operation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Be overall responsible for the effective and efficient activities of the Service Centre/Workshop operation.
2.Respond to the requests from divisional service personnel while working in the Service Centre.
3.Be responsible for the overall management of the equipment, tools and instrument material etc. inside the Service Centre.
4.Provide daily operation activities tracking & assistance management as requested.
5.Coordinate with Emerson individual Business Unit to follow the standard HSE policy and integrated operation processes.
6.Be responsible for checking/verifying the overall equipment safety operation condition/status and make a daily record.
7.Sorting warehouse by driving forklift truck.
8.Complete other job assigned by the Service Coordination Supervisor in CPAC.
SCOPE
1.Report to the Service Coordination Supervisor in CPAC organization.
2.This position has strong working relationship with each EPM B.U. service organizations.
JOB COMPETENCIES, AND COMPETENCY STANDARD NEEDED
1.Above average written and spoken Chinese skills.
2.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3.Skill to organize and govern others with no direct authority.
4.Certificate or to be certified with driver license to operate the forklift truck inside the warehouse of the Service Centre.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1.Strong interpersonal skills required. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
2.Manage stress and work both independently and in a team environment
3.Above average oral and written communication skills
4.Strong customer oriented attitude and commitment to high-quality work
5.Comfortable following standard work process but also able to think and act independently as needed
6.Good understanding of EPM divisions' products is preferred
