职位描述
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Travel frequently to render service on process analysers and sampling systems at customer's site
2. Perform installation instruction, start up, commissioning, trouble shooting, repair, application changes, on-site training etc. for analytical products and systems.
3. Act to support other analytical personnel at site or act on instruction from client/analytical management.
4. Provide technical instruction and assistance both in person and over the phone to customer and representative service personnel regarding the installation, operation, repair and maintenance of equipment at customer installation.
5. Perform configuration changes, version updates and equipment repair for analytical products and system.
6. Advises Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control and others on specific configuration changes made, operating conditions and problems encountered.
7. Assist sales in technical support and applications of the analytical products.
8. Support to do FAT with customer.
9. Attend training course service third party equipment bought by Analytical engineering for system projects.
10. Responsible to furnishing site metering and work reports.
11. Required to keep daily timesheets.
12. File information and paperwork, both in soft copy and hard copy, for all activities.
13. Actively understands and perform work to ISO standards as applicable to job scope.
14. Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager.
15. Whole sample condition system and analyzers function test.
SCOPE
Mainly in east area of China, other provinces and Asia Pacific if required, location: Shanghai.
Complete range of Analytical products, systems and services.
JOB COMPETENCIES, AND COMPETENCY STANDARD NEEDED
Willing to travel, occasionally at short notice.
Willing to work in harsh environments.
Fluent in English
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
Diploma in instrumentation, Automation & Electrical Engineering, Chemical Technology and a minimum of three years of site service experience, preferably in analytical instruments.
