职位：仿真试验部销售经理（上海）
职位描述：
1.开拓、发展新客户,根据公司总体市场策略贯彻执行销售计划；
2.有计划的联系（电话/拜访）客户，并整理、更新客户资料；
3.完成销售目标：销售额/利润；
4.按要求及时向主管递交相关报表；
5.维护良好的客户关系，并开发新的应用需求；
6.配合完成公司布置的其它任务
职位要求：
1.有两年及以上丰富的销售经验，熟悉仿真分析软件或硬件测试设备产品。
2.学历本科及以上（硕士优先），专业包括但不限于力学，机械等；
3.行业不限，有航空航天，船舶，电子等军工行业销售经验的优先；
4.思路清晰，良好的口头/书面表达能力；
5.热爱销售工作，具备专业素养， 积极主动、责任心强；
6.勇于接受挑战、富有激情，吃苦耐劳，能经常出差；
7.人际关系良好，善于沟通，有团队合作精神；
8.良好的英语阅读能力，熟练使用办公软件。

Principal Accountabilities
1.To be responsible for finding the customers in simulation analysis software ＆ hardware test equipment products
2.Contact the customers daily, and maintain and update the customer’s information
3.Achieve the sales target, both sales and Margin
4.Submit the relevance sales report to your manager
5.Maintain a good relationship with the customers
6.To complete another task

Qualifications/Skills:
1.At least 2 years rich sales experience in simulation analysis software ＆ hardware test equipment products
2.Bachelor or above, major ( Master degree preferred ) including but not limited to mechanical
3.The industry is not restricted, have the aerospace, marine, electronic and other military industry sales experience is preferred

4.Good verbal/written communication ability
5.Love sales job, a professional, proactive, a strong sense of responsibility
6.The courage to accept the challenge, full of passion, hard working, willing to travel frequently
7.Good interpersonal relationships, good communication skills, team spirit
8.Good English reading ability, familiar with office software
