职位描述

Job Purpose
Work as business partner by providing professional HR services and consultations to responsible workforce team/individual to ensure regional HR activities are fully aligned with company HR strategy and regional business strategy. Ensure required HR activities accomplishment with good quality.

Major Accountabilities
Recruiting
? Work together with business manager to identify talent needs according to company recruiting strategy;
? Conduct regional recruiting activities with support from staffing centre;
? Support business manager to implement new employee on boarding assistant programs where appropriate. Ensure on-boarding training is implemented with high quality as required. Perform HR training to new employee;
? Support business manager to execute probation review;
? Coach line managers on interview skills and new employee management;
? Improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Talent Development
? Execute talent development programs on time with good quality (OTR, Mini OTR) in responsible area;
? Ensure individual development plan are in place for selected employees, monitor talent development follow up activities are implemented as required;
? Provide professional HR consultation services on employee development needs;
? Work with talent development team and sales training team to ensure appropriate training programs are executed;
? Facilitate talent promotion process.

Performance Management
? Support business managers on performance management execution, communication and issue management, ensure performance management quality;
? Provide performance management coaching to business manager and employee.
Employee Relationship Management
? Play critical role on employee communication (HR policy, process etc.), team building, and promote The Way We Work;
? Coach line manager on employee issue management to ensure relevant issues are smoothly solved in line with legal and company guideline. Actively involved in termination case management;
? Work as changing agent in region. Work closely with respective business managers to drive team / department to demonstrate company culture /value in daily works.
? Act as effective communication channel to support two- way communications between employee and line managers, and be role model in “Be Open”.

Regional C&B Management
? Facilitate salary review and post review communication according to company guideline, ensure the implementation of “Pay for Performance” philosophy;
? Collect and communicate C&B related issues with central C&B team.
Line Manager Coaching
? Coach line managers on talent selection, team building, employee relationship management, talent development;
? Provide consultation services to line managers on people related issues according to company policy and guideline;
? Develop line manager HR management skills.

HR Process and Data/Process Management
? Ensure regional HR practice fully complain with company policies and process requirement;
? Ensure HR data quality;
? Support central HR functions to improve HR process efficiency and effectiveness.

Ideal Background
Education: ? Bachelor degree or above from recognized university
Language: ? Medium level in English reading and writing
Experience & Capability:
? Minimum 2 years in a HR generalist role or solid background (3-5 years) in staffing related role (in-house or agency);
? Good communication and team-work spirit;
? Mature and skilful in solving complex problems.
