Sales Trainee
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead, manage and achieve MRO sales objectives in the assigned territory and accounts through effective management, development and support of sales channels.
2. Develop and execute key account management program to create more business from installed base.
3. Develop MRO selling process, educate and manage sales channel to use the process to create MRO business opportunities.
4. Effective pursuit of MRO business directly with Representatives sales engineers.
5. Ensure effective coverage of customer accounts by sales channels. Develop and manage sales channels to effectively penetrate into new customers or industries.
6. Provide technical support or solutions to MRO inquiries from sales channel.
7. Train sales channel to change their mindset and improve their skill set to be capable to pursue MRO business.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1. Engineering degree preferably in Process Control, Automation & Instruments, Mechanical Engineering, Electric and so on.
2. Graduated at 2011&2012
Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
3. Require 50% travel time on sales activities.
Application Engineer
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Generate project quotations for major strategic projects.
2. Support Emerson Process Management direct project orders in the following areas:
- Preparation of OPS and manage Change Orders to ensure that they are clean for processing
- Maintenance of customer records such as order quotations .
- Provide project order hand-over to Order Administration and Project Management organizations
3. Participate in local and overseas project technical clarification meetings.
4. Maintain and upkeep price databases for non-standard and buyout products.
5. Liaise with global factories on special applications, engineering, non-standard product sourcing, delivery, etc.
6. Provide technical support to Order Administrator and factories in the order fulfilment process.
7. Provide product and sales tools training to Sales and Applications Engineers from both representative and sales offices.
8. Support and/or conduct customer/representatives engineering training, seminars and new product launches.
9. Support sales team in achieving annual sales objectives and goals.
JOB SCOP
1. Countries covered: Primarily China.
2. Require 10-20% travel time to support pre & post project technical clarification meeting, product training and seminars etc
3. Expected to conduct representative training on Fisher First Sizing and Engineering Tool.
4. Occasional in-house attachment at contractor/customer/site offices to provide engineering and application support.
5. Require to communicate with global factories on product engineering and pricing.
6. Engineering skills: Expected to effectively size and quote 50 standard general service valves per day.
7. Job responsibility demands long hours overtime (weekdays/weekends/holidays) to provide timely engineering support /quotation whenever required.
8. Support annual valve sales bookings of average USD 5M per person.

Admin Assistant
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform all clerical functions, such as typing, photocopying, faxing, mail/memo distribution, filing and message-taking/routing, for the direct supervisor.
2. Review incoming mails/messages and take appropriate actions, such as routing to relevant staff to handle.
3. Post and distribute office announcements and notices for senior management.
4. Handle all travel-related matters for the division director, e.g. pre-trip approval, hotel reservations, airport pick-up and send-off, issuing notifications of travel schedule.
5. Handling expense reports on behalf of division director.
6. Responsible to handle all travel-related matters to company's foreign visitors in the office, e.g. visa coordination, hotel reservations/confirmations, airport pick-up and send-off, preparing and issuing agendas.
7. Provide assistance and support in marketing marcom job.
