Job Description

LSP Selection
? Transport market monitoring
? LSP market research and LSP evaluation incl. benchmarking
? LSP quality assessment on side based on Bosch standard
? Evaluation if LSP can be listed for future Bosch tender (Longlist)
? Work with PUI that LSP signed framework agreement with Bosch
? Managing relationship with potential LSPs
LSP Tender
? Defined tender scope together with PUI
? Shipping data collection at LSP and GBs. Also analysis of shipping data
? Tender preparation and execution together with PUI incl. LSP quality check, rate card and MOP development
? Rollout tender with GBs & LSP
Operation Monitoring
? Operation KPI monitoring per LSP and GB
? Define and review regularly improvement measures for LSPs and improve operational processes
? Regular management review meetings with LSP and follow-up
? Peak season planning with plant/GB logistics and central functions
Escalation
? Escalation management of operational issues Level 2 on LSP and business units side
LSP Development
? Execute LSP development process (entice, junior, senior & strategy level concept)
? Work closely with Quality department
? Managing relationship with existing LSPs
Management Support
? Support management with strategy development and rollout
? Support management with special transport projects
? Develop and maintain logistics working community within Asia-Pacific region

Qualifications

? Bachelor/Master or equivalent practical experience with focus on logistics or supply chain
? Minimum 5-7 years logistics related experience
? Project management experience as project manager.
? Experience in logistics, preferably in international transportation and 3PL management
? Good process analytic skills like VSM & VSS
? Fluent & effective verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
? Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to work cross-functional
? Independently lead/coordinate projects with ability to adjust project priorities
? Good team player with self-motivation, ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic work environment
? Distinct analytical skills with strong MS excel skills
? Experience in use of Transport Management System
? High level of customer orientation
