Job Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Recruiter to determine the best-fit sourcing strategy to win top potential talents for Bosch JMP (Junior Managers Program, i.e. management trainee) China wide;
• Actively source, screen and present viable candidates for open positions using a variety of recruitment and sourcing methods such as professional networking, social media marketing, attending job fairs, partnering with colleges/universities, employee referrals, targeted solicitations and on-line resume searches utilizing employment-related search engines;
• Fulfill 100% hiring target annually and implement whole selection process including CV screening, interview, assessment center, reference check, offering and etc.
• Provide compensation and benefits insight to the HR Manager and Executive teams annually;
• Promote employer brand online and offline.

Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of sourcing and recruiting experience is required. Experience in in-house, holding company or automotive industry is preferred.
• Bachelor degree or above. Overseas education background would be a plus.
• Passionate in HR field, results-oriented, high changeability and learning agility, good self-reflection, resilient.
