Position Major Responsibilities主要职责：

1.1 Responsible for outgoing quality inspection work, including painting quality inspection, final inspection for dispatching and IB spare parts, and releasing the qualification certificate according to related QCP, QIP, inspection Work Instruction or IE documentation, keep the daily quality inspection records and filing.负责出厂检验工作。包括油漆检验和包装检验，以及最终出厂检验和IB备件的出厂检验工作；严格按照质量控制计划、检验计划、检验作业指导书、工艺文件等进行质量检验和签发出厂合格证，并做好每日的质量检验记录以及所有检验记录的归档和保存，包括出厂前照片。

1.2 NCR issuing in the SAP for the defects found during inspection and following verification and closing, including responsible for on-time NCR report initialization when any quality deviated parts identified, transfer the NCR report to responsible program quality engineer or supplier quality engineer in two hours for further NCR review, responsible for the quality verification and NCR closing for reworked parts within one day after get the information of the defects repaired. 不合格零件NCR报告的签发和后续的验证和关闭。包括对检验过程中识别的任何不合格零件应立即填写NCR报告，并在2小时内通知项目质量工程师或供应商质量工程师进行处理。负责在得到返修完成的信息后1天内完成对不合格零件返工返修后的质量验证与NCR关闭。

1.3 Monitoring of shop quality self-inspection, including monitor and control the effectiveness of shop-floor quality self-inspection activities according to shop-floor quality self-inspection system and marking check requirement. 负责车间质量自检活动的监控。包括严格按照车间质量自检系统和标识记录的要求监督并控制车间质量自检系统运行的有效性。

1.4 Supporting and together with the project quality engineer to recheck the status for project witness points, and issuing the required inspection report. 根据项目质量计划、检验计划要求协助并与项目质量工程师一起做好见证前准备的检查确认，以及签发规定检验报告。

1.5 5S and EHS.Responsible for 5S /EHS management in respective responsible inspection areas. Daily maintaining the measuring tool in good condition. 5S 和EHS.负责各自检验工作区域的5S/EHS管理工作， 维护保养日常使用的量具，确保状态良好。

1.6 CIP, including identifying  any continual  improvement possibilities  of responsible processes, identifying  any  5S/EHS continual  improvement possibilities  of responsible processes and areas, fulfill any kind of agreed-on and agreed-to CIP programs, proactively learn different kinds of new products and new knowledge.持续改进。包括积极识别本人负责的工作区域的过程改进机会，识别本人负责的工作区域的5S/EHS改善机会，完成各种规定的持续改进项目，积极学习各种新产品和新知识。

1.7 Others , any additional agreed-to works by  superiors. 其它上级安排其它的工作

 Requirement profile / 岗位要求

1) Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求 Technological school or above, major in mechanical or metal materials. 中专或以上学历，机械类或金属材料类专业。

 2) Working Experience / 工作经验 More than 1 years experience一年以上工作经验
Painting / Packing/Dispatching Quality Inspection experience.有油漆、装箱、出厂质量检验经验
Working experience in medium or large manufacturing, especially in equipment industry 有中大型制造型企业，尤其是在设备制造行业的工作经验
3) Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求 Enough mechanical knowledge and metal part machining practices.具备足够的机械知识与金属件加工知识。
Good communication and coordination skill.良好的沟通协调能力
Computer skill (familiar with Office) 良好的电脑操作能力（熟练掌握Office软件）
Familiar with SAP.熟悉SAP
Basic knowledge of 5S/EHS knowledge and awareness.具备5S/EHS管理基础知识与意识
Basic Lean manufacturing knowledge.具备精益生产意识
