Job description:
1- Infrastructure Support:
* Operation & Support of all IT Infrastructure in Asia HQ (Lotus Notes, Domain Controller, File&Print Server, DHCP Server, LAN Components)
* Performance monitoring/reporting & daily maintenance (e.g. backup)
* Troubleshooting in case of system failures
2- User Support:
* Supporting Asia HQ end users by maintaining and troubleshooting client infrastructure (Client HW and SW incl. PCs, Notebooks, Printer, local SW applications, operating systems, user management, etc.)
* End user training, consulting and communication
3- Application Support
* Support for business applications like SAP, EBP, Sharepoint, etc.
4- Projects
* Support process automation for further improving the HQ workflow, discuss and realization of business requirement.
Other
* Vendor management, management of outsouring partners and local contractor
5- WAN monitoring

Requirements:
1- Bachelor Degree or above, major in IT science or related
2- More than 2 years experience in IT Infrastrcuture support function
3- Some IT project experience is of advantage
4- Experience in international working environment is necessary
5- Good English communication skill expected
