Job description:
1-Government
1) Build up communication channel with relevant government departments in North China for Continental strategical development;
2) Maintain the Relations with Governments in North of China, from working level to management level;
3) Maintain the public relations with the professional intitution in North of China in order to promote Continental brand and reputation.
2-Information Management
1) To integrate and share basic messages of key government departments and the related officers;
2) To collect the latest related regulations and national laws, and specially clarify the background;
3) To get the latest information and status of the related industries and businesses.
3-Strategy
1) Provide messages, which related with governments in North China for Company strategical study
2) Make proposals for the activities/programs, which related with governments in north China, on the whole Continental name
4-Alignment
1) Align the activities related with Government among Continental BUs/Divs and central functions;
2) On behalf of Continental China to communicate with the government departments in North China when it is necessary

Job requirements:
1-Bachelor / Master Degree in Business or English
2-Needs at least 3 years experience in related area, such as Public Relation or Government Relation
3-At least 5 year experience in international company
4-The abroad experiences for study/working are with a higher priority.
