1. Conduct legal compliance research matters in China and foreign countries; 负责法律法规和行业自律规则等信息进行收集、整理和研究；

2. Responsible for carry out training and publicity programs to raise employees' compliance risk control awareness, including but not limited to prepare training materials, etc.; 负责组织提高员工风控合规防范意识的培训和宣传项目，包括但不限于准备培训材料；

3. Responsible for compliance related assignments, including but not limited to reviewing relevant business contract and providing the compliance risk control opinions; 负责合规相关工作，包括但不限于审核相关业务合同，提出合规风控意见等；

4. Responsible for other assignments designated by the supervisor, dealing with other company's legal issues and internal coordination and communication负责主管指示的其他工作，处理其他公司法律事务及进行内部协调沟通。

任职要求

1. Undergraduate degree in law or above；PRC BAR Certificate;法学本科及以上学历，通过国家司法考试；

2. 3-4 years’ experience in compliance or dispute resolution, familiar with company compliance requirements;有3-4年合规或争议解决工作经验，熟悉公司合规要求;

3. Familiar with export control and other related compliance regulations; 熟悉进出口管制及其他与合规相关的规定；

4. Candidates have experience in semi-conductor industry are preferred; 具有半导体相关行业经验者优先；

5. Solid legal knowledge and good logic thinking; 具备扎实的法律功底与法律逻辑思维能力;

6. Good oral communication and writing skills; 具有良好沟通能力和写作能力；

7. Having the ability of working in English environment. Priority will be given to those who have oversea study or working experience; 具备在英文工作环境中工作的能力；有海外留学、工作经验者优先;
