职位描述
Key responsibilities:
? Act as 1st line support for core applications for China to troubleshoot any problems encountered
? Identify business requirements and design constraints.
? Analyze requirements and ensure sufficient specificity.
? Assist IT head in implementing & cooperating IT projects
? Assist helpdesk/application support team on issue trouble-shooting, release deployment.
? Coordinate with IT project delivery team for system implementation
Key accountabilities:
1. System Maintenance and Development
- supervise maintenance, development, upgrading and back-up of SOA for each region.
- Consider system requirements and feasibility of technical solutions within the context of business objectives
- monitor analysis and programming functions including planning, designing.
2. Networking
- Basic concept of network maintenance.
3. User Support
- Provide SOA application support to super users.
4. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
2. 6+ years in IT fields,5 years or above experience to play role such as application support, system analysis or ERP consultant. Solid experience in MySQL. 3 years experience in web-based enterprise application design or as application support in ERP project implementation such as SAP or Oracle.
3. Familiar with Business Process Integration, Business Process Management
4.Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good negotiation, planning and organizational skills
5. Be initiative, intelligent and apprehensive. Self-motivated, strong problem solving mind and a highly organized team player. Strong customer and quality focus
6. Creative Thinking
7. Good English and Mandarin ability both in spoken and written
8. Logistics industry or MNC experience is plus.
