岗位职责：

1. 负责公司前台接待：对来访客人做好接待、引导工作；
2. 接听电话，按要求转接电话或记录信息，确保及时准确；
3. 收发传真，复印/扫描文档，收发快递、信件、报刊、文件等；
4. 负责办公室日常文具及消耗品的订购；
5. 差旅管理（机票、酒店、用车预定）；
6. 对于公司固定资产的维护及管理（财产损耗、报修、公共区域维护、设备管理、衣物清洗、花草养护）；
7. 场地预定登记管理工作（会议室、咖啡馆、茶馆）；
8. 员工活动支持及做好行政主管安排的其他事务性工作。

职位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，一年以上前台经验，30岁以下, 性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力，外形气质佳，普通话标准；
2. 工作细致，负有责任心，对待工作积极主动，具有学习精神；
3. 较强的表达能力，良好的服务意识、学习能力、团队协作能力强。
