Major Duties:

  

1. Responsible for maintenance of Master data, BOM, routing, cost, PLM, verification for all AP regions.
2. Responsible for check list of CMAT for China. ·
3. Check and follow up ECO, inform relevant people in each AP region ·
4. Coordinate with PM and order processing team for project and big orders - AP ·
5. Maintain safety stock, rounding value, minimum lot size - AP ·
6. Quarterly review slow moving items, dead stocks, scrapping, and returns - AP ·
7. Support product opening form from AP Product Management ·
8. Support updating source list, and schedule line in China ·
9. Support Asia Pacific customizing planning and materials processing ·
10. Support material and requirements planning with Product Management and relevant international contacts
11. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.

Back up responsibilities:

1. Daily monitor order deadlines, delivery deadlines, schedule and check materials/capacity availability
2. Monthly report related with planning, sales and inventory figures for AP regions
3. Processing planning figures, price list and costing run

Requirements:

  

- Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electrics, engineering, logistics or equivalent

  

- IT and PC skills, knowledge of SAP (Spec, modules MM + PP)

  

- 3-5 years international enterprise planning/coordination experience

  

- Ability to cope with strain - non-varying performance

  

- Accuracy

  

- Languages – Fluent written/oral English and Mandarin

  

- Ability to work in a team, sense of order, quality awareness, flexibility (being able to be assigned to different positions).

  

- Willingness to learn new things

  

- Deal with time constraints and deadlines; self-motivated, self-organized
