? Chairing the front desk to answer phone calls and host guests in good manner;
? Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the office;
? Managing procurement and maintenance of office supplies, stationeries, name cards, etc.;
? Provide general services including incoming/outgoing correspondences, mail and messenger delivery, ordering meals and drinking water, business cards, arrange cleaning services, etc.;
? Responding to supervisors' needs and make necessary arrangement;
? Secretarial works such as document handling including files, letters, faxes, transmittals and emails as required;
? Other reasonable assigned tasks
At least 2 years experience in receptionist or office administrations
? Fluent English and Chinese speaker
? Good at MS Office software
