职位描述
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Design the analog circuit in power management products. Design includes low & high voltage CMOS circuit, SPICE simulation, IC schematics and layout design and evaluation , test plan design and help AE and test team for IC evaluation .
2.Lead a team to finish IC design and evaluation with little support of supervisor.
3.Train team member to improve team design ability.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
1.Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or related
2.Exceptional knowledge and skills in IC design methodology and processes/Strong willingness to walk extra mile for excellence/Preferable with experience to lead a team to finish IC design/Preferable with international or multination corporation working experience/Highly developed people and communication (both Chinese and English, written and spoken) skills
5+ years Analog IC design experience;
