Position Overview

Primary responsibilities of this position are conduct analyses and studies to support management in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programmes aligned with the organization's strategy.

Key Activities


1.Responsible for Compensation and Benefits practice function including handling salary, social welfare, C&B cost report and budget, service agents' program, and etc.
2.Support to participating in salary survey and C&B structure designing consultant project;
3.Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets;
4.Assist to consult management team and employee on interpretation of C&B policies;
5.Assist to review & update C&B programs termly according to the update of local labor & insurance regulations or policies;
6.Propose and administer effective salary management process based on thorough analysis of compensation trends and labor movement in the market;
7.Administers salary data in accordance with internal policies, procedures and government requirements;
8.Recommends policies that will be beneficial for employee welfare such as accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans, income continuance, holidays and vacations;
9.Expatriates management including relocation assistance, visa/immigration assistance, host country expat benefits implementation, etc.
10.Perform parts of monthly payroll transactions, including payroll calculation, IIT and social welfare issues handling, labor cost analysis and reporting, etc.
11.Perform other work related task as assigned
12.Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies


Requirements


Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics or related
Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience
Knowledge:1.Strong analytical skills including the ability to work on details with high level of accuracy and be strong in numeric reasoning
2.Ability to work with maintain confidential information and independently
3.Be familiar with labor law and government rules & regulations
4.Strong computer skills specifically in WORD and EXCEL
5.Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and internet
