Job Description:

- Issue PO according to material plan or new project demand, arrangements with oversea suppliers
-Import and export arrangements, communications with oversea and suppliers, customs, forwarders to ensure goods arrival in time.
-Help and cooperate with local customers for customs declaration.
-Cost and performance control over customs brokers, forwarders and transportation companies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and fluent in spoken English. At least 3-5 years in the field.
-Familiar with import and export process of mechanical and electrical products.
- Familiar with HS code classification mainly for mechanical and electrical products.
-Maintain a working relationship with the authorities, responsible for license and other documents application

-Experience in import and export customs clearance of mechanical and electrical products, machinery, related raw material for machinery manufacturing.
-Knowledge in CCC and its exemption mainly for electrical products.
-Knowledge and experience in drawback operation and processing trade
-Knowledge in international shipping and insurance.
-A good command of English language.
-Experience of using ERP.
-Good team-worker, be patience and careful.
