Tasks/工作职责:

- Circuit & layout design for new product development,

- 新产品电路设计开发

- Program firmware base on MCU(8bit/16bit/32bit)

- 基于单片机硬件编程（8位/16/32位）

- Build, debug, and test the stability of functional prototype

- 功能模型制作，调试及稳定性测试

- Engineer verification test, sample evaluation, pilot run to make sure mass production is ready

- 负责对产品进行工程验证，样品确认，试产和量产前的准备工作

- Participate in existing product technical constant improvements

- 参与现有电子产品持续改进

- Assure new product quality with related EMC requirement

- 确保新产品通过EMC相关验证

- Document task for all the stage of the project development

- 参与项目开发过程并完成相应的文件化任务

- Coordinate with external authorities in terms of certificates

- 就证书事宜与外部机构合作

- Technical and troubleshooting support when necessary

- 必要时提供相关的技术支持

- Coordinate and cooperate with German HQ’s R&D

- 和德国总部研发人员沟通合作

Requirements/要求:

- Self-motivated and passionate, able to work independently as part of an international team,

- 热情有上进心，作为国际团队一员，能独立胜任工作

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related fields

- 电子相关专业学士学位

- At least 3 years R&D working experience

- 3年以上研发工作经验

- Strong interpersonal communication skills, team player

- 很好的沟通技能和团队合作精神

- English fluently. Able to exchange ideas and conduct meetings via phone with German team.

- 熟练使用英文，可以和德国团队无障碍沟通

- Capability of analog & digital circuit design, C programming, familiar with MCU, STM32 is preferred

- 熟练模拟、数字电路设计，C 语言编程，熟悉单片机（ST/STM32）编程者优先

- Familiar with Altium or Eagle Designer, EMC knowledge is preferred

- 熟练掌握Altium 或 Eagle 相关设计软件, 具备EMC 相关知识者优先

- Experience in working for an international company is preferred

- 有跨国公司工作经验者优先
