Key responsibilities
1. Lead and drive finance application design and implementation projects for new business, as business project manager and business analysis
2. Coordinate and participant cross-function systems design and implementation in China entities as finance lead, perform the tasks assigned, including but not limited to business analysis , blueprint review , UAT , go life support.
3. Work with other functions to simply business procedures and improve finance process
4. Main contact for finance end users for system enhancements & changes, drive daily training and support as well
5. Collect and prioritizes new change request towards finance systems as key user , work closely with VCC IT team to realize the requests to meet business requirements
6. Main contact for finance related master data application and SAP access application, lead and drive regular review process and check the results.
7. Other task assigned as ad-hoc.

2. Bachelor degree or above, finance, accounting or related
3. Above 8 years SAP FICO implementation or related experience, preferably in multinational manufacturing companies
4. Familiar with SAP logistic is preferred.
5. Good communication skills in English and Chinese
6. Ability to work effectively with multiple deadlines and competing priorities
7. Ability to drive project and good at cross team coordination, project management experience is required.
8. Able to travel to support plants' implementation.
9. Good database skills, especially in Excel
