岗位职责：

1. 通过后台提供的数据分析店铺存在问题，制定有效的店铺运营策略；
2. 通过各种运营手段，获取店铺流量，提高店铺uv/pv，提高转化率和销量；
3. 合理编制推广/活动等预算，并对预算负责；

岗位要求：

1. 3年以上服装类电商运营经验，熟悉天猫平台操作和站内推广，互联网合作资源丰富；
2. 擅长数据分析，团队合作精神，性格积极乐观，沟通能力强，逻辑性佳；
3. Office， PPT等办公软件熟练。
