Major Accountabilities
? Prepare the Annual Budget and Rolling Forecast for IT income status for all divi-sions, submit to Global finance team.
? Track the income status YTD expense on a monthly base for all divisions and detect the reason for the variance from Global Target Letter.
? Cooperate with Finance to process the accounting transaction adjustment, accrual expense, Debit Note for global.
? Communicate with external vendors for the invoice payment status checking.
? Prepare the Annual Business IT Budget and Rolling Forecast for all divisions in China.
? Validate the Business expense consumption for customers on a quarterly base; prepare the summary table for business expense trend.
Key Performance Indicators
? Monitor local GIS (Global IT Infrastructure Services) expense to meet Global Target Line.
? Effectively communicate with local business IT customers to provide the trans-parency of GIS costs
? Act as an Finance Focal for GIS for ad-hoc inquiry and assignment
Ideal Background
? Fluent English in both speaking and writing is essential.
? General finance and accounting knowledge
? Proficiency in Excel and other office tools
? Working experience in IT industry is a plus.
? Ability to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail
? Strongly communication and team spirit
