General Requirement:
? Have strong quality and compliance concept and act on quality priority.
? Carry out operations according to manufacturing instructions, SOP's and safety instructions. Conduct batch documentation timely and ensure correct entries and signature.
? Check and keep cleanness of working area and equipment.
? Record activities in the room/equipment logbook.
? Follow regulations, and avoid mix-ups and quality defects.
? Cooperation with IPC, inform IPC to carry out required IPC test timely.
? Stop operation if any irregularity occurs and inform coordinator or PU head.
? Involvement of deviation investigation, and provide information.
? Following any instructions given by coordinator or PU head which are in principle related to the job.
Specific Requirement:
Operation Technician
? Operation as a master.
? Drive work center output and problem solving. Involve planning and cooperation with planner.
? Strong quality and compliance consciousness and act on quality priority.
? Detect potential risk, avoid quality defect and ensure production smooth running.
? Implementation of root cause analysis tools to identify root causes.
? Machine setup, daily maintenance and parameter setting/adjusting.
? Involve SOP/Form create and update, especially for new equipments, new process.
? Responsible for work center BD review and release to next step.
? Responsible for work flow / GMP document and work center safety training.
? Give the suggestion for technical trial and validation operation.
? Work center cooperation, personal coaching and mutual communication.
? Good communication with engineers and QA/QC team to ensure high output and efficiency.
? ?arketing value: to be replaced within 36months.
