Job Title: Recruiter (6 month Temp)
Location: Shanghai, China

Description:
This role will focus on both technical and non-technical positions hiring.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively sources and recruits passive candidates while maintaining talent pool
Manage 2017 Campus Recruiting Project
Leverage and optimize multiple sourcing channels, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions
Build partnerships across various functions with hiring managers and HR team

Qualification:
At least 3 years of recruiting experience at a technology company and/or a staffing firm
Experience sourcing and recruiting for a semiconductor company is a huge plus
Must possess a strong sense of urgency with ability to juggle multiple positions
Ability to consistently contribute
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor degree or equivalent
