PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the business in Asia area for refrigeration & air-conditioning components sales, equipment maintenance & repair. Run Wuxi Business Center on daily basis and maintain all the policies and procedures. 发展公司在亚洲地区的制冷与空调配件销售及制冷系统的保养与维修服务业务。 负责无锡业务中心日常管理事务, 维护业务中心的各项流程和制度.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct market study regarding refrigeration & air-conditioning components sales 进行制冷与空调配件销售的市场调研工作。
2. Promote Heatcraft company, promote components & service sales in Wuxi areas在无锡及周边地区进行公司形象及配件与服务销售推广活动，开发客户，维护客户关系。
3. Provide technical solutions and quotation to customers’ need 为客户需求提供技术方案和销售报价。
4. Achieve annual sales target and create KPI reports for performance analysis. 完成年度销售目标， 建立销售业绩管理体系，指标和报告。
5. Complete entire operational system & policies of Wuxi business center, such as price list, ordering process, service process, training.完善无锡业务中心各项规章和运作体系, 如零部件的价格清单, 订单流程, 服务流程与培训等
6. Operate Wuxi Business Center on daily basis. Take care of shop sales, create and follow service schedule. 无锡业务中心日常管理, 负责门店销售，安排服务计划, 进行人员调度
7. Assist on purchasing & inventory control activities协助无锡业务中心配件采购与库存管理
8. Get feedback from customers regarding the satisfaction to our service , investigate root cause & create improvement actions.负责客户满意度的调查、分析和改进
9. Motivate employee and develop employee’s capability.提升员工士气和工作能力
10. Other Jobs assigned by Director of Operations.其它由营运总监安排的工作

REQUIREMENTS
Required skills:
Must be knowledgeable of the refrigeration & air-conditioning system and the main components
必须具有制冷与空调系统知识，并熟悉制冷空调零部件
Must have sales experience of refrigeration and air-conditioning components.
需要具有制冷与空调零部件的销售经验
Have sales experience of refrigeration system maintenance and repair is a plus
具有制冷系统的保养和维修业务经验优先
Strong management skills and business development capability
需要具有较强的管理和业务发展能力

Education & Experience:
Four year college degree, 3 years experience as a Sales Manager for refrigeration & air-conditioning components, and the sales of equipment maintenance & repair business. This position can open to excellent Sales Engineer.
4年大学毕业,有3年以上在制冷与空调配件销售及制冷设备保养与维修业务方面担任销售经理的经验。特别优秀的销售工程师也可以考虑。
