职位描述：
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Work closely with the project manager to perform thorough analysis of customer requirements, gap analysis, prepare function specification documents and execution of the project
? Be the bridge between the customer and the technical team software developers, explain the requirements and coordinate with the technical team on the project customization / development
 ? Work closely with the QC team to test and ensure the solution functions is in accordance to the specifications documented
 ? Conduct train the trainers session including preparation of training manuals, system, user and configurations guides
 ? Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) with customers, ensure solutions delivered within agreed scope including test cases and test plan
? Work closely with customer and to provide on-site Go-live support
? Coordinate with both internal resources and external customer/vendor for seamless execution of projects.
 ? Support Solution Delivery team in pre-sales and RFQ response

Requirements:
? Good education background preferable in computer science or engineering
? At least 5 years of experience in IT development activities
? Good knowledge in supply chain/logistics solution and business processes
? Should have completed at least 2 cycle of end-to-end hands-on software implementation
 ? Excellence in written and verbal communication skills
 ? Solid organization and multi-tasking skills, and good in providing business solution
? Quick learner and team player
 ? Able to travel in the region within short notice
 ? Project Management Certification - Prince 2 / PMP will have added advantage
 ? Interview method: Skype video call or any face video call
