工作职责:
Major responsibilities: 主要职责

？ Lead, coordinate or develop lean production project in Engineered Pump etc.
？ Initiating and execution of projects for process improvement based on state of the art Lean Tools (Value stream mapping, Lean six sigma, Kaizen etc.).
？ Working with production, IE Engineer to drive workshop improvement and lead problem solving if necessary.
？ Auditing of production processes in order to improve product quality to a world class level.
？ Being engaged in the layout preparation and optimization.
？ Making analysis on production investment.
？ Training of staff in lean management and lean thinking.
？ Receive other takes from the manager
任职资格:
Formal education: Mechanical Engineering
Professional experience: 8 years above
Special skills:
？ Experience in theory and practice of lean tools
？ Experience in project management
？ Experience in process improvement in the heavy machinery industry
Language skills: English fluent, German if possible
Lean production skills, production investment analysis, Manufacture or Process Engineer background in assembly/machining/welding will be preferred
