职位描述：
Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Operating production and be responsible for completing production target
积极组织生产，负责按时完成生产任务。
2. Be responsible for running and adjusting process and control production operation, machine
负责制造工艺的执行、调整，并对生产操作、设备操作执行情况进行监督管理。
3. Be responsible for analyzing production rate and material consuming, and make action plan for lowing production cost
负责定期分析生产效率、物料消耗，并制定改进计划以降低制造成本
4. Daily 6S management of workshop
负责生产现场日常6S管理。
5. Make and implement department training plan for new employees in production department
负责生产人员部门级培训计划的制订及实施。
6. Making production plan and logistics plan, deliver good quality products on time.
制订生产计划和出货计划，准时交付客户合格产品。
7.Evaluate performance for Direct Labor and shift leaders regularly.
对于生产直接人员及领班的定期绩效考核。
8. Quality Control and close the open issues by various audits.
品质管控，审核发现问题的改善关闭。
9. Promote TIPS development
TIPS生产管理体系工作推进
10.Complete other work arranged by direct leader。
完成直接上级安排的其他工作。

Qualification 任职资格
1.Bachelor degree or above
大学本科及以上学历
2.At least 5-year experience for workshop production management
至少5年以上现场生产管理经验
3.Good for reading, writing and speaking English
有一定的英语阅读能力。
4.Skilled for Office software
熟练使用办公软件
