岗位职责:

1、.学习，研究和记录所有的业务策略，市场细分和与分配区域相关的所有销售策略；

2.了解公司所有的产品和产品的基本规格，开拓维护海外市场和客户群；

3.定期沟通，跟进并负责其区域客户数据库所需的所有交易；

4.负责客户投诉和危机处理；

5.确保良好的客户服务、不断增长的订单量和安全收款，维系良好的客户关系，确保客户满意度；

6.客户销售是主接口人，在他/她负责的地区内，他/她将负责所有的客户和项目。

任职要求：

1. 熟练的英语书面及口头沟通能力；

2.有三年的工作经验（曾在海外部门工作过的）

3. 熟悉IT硬件类的产品规划和市场营销工作，具备良好的市场判断、开拓和营销能力。

4、具备较强的协调能力、沟通能力、商务谈判能力，

5、良好的团队合作精神及较强的责任心。

Position statement

1Sales Account need to know, understand and be aware the specific region assigned for the position.

2 He/She must study, research and records all business strategies, market segmentation and all sales related strategies related to the assigned region.

3 Sales Account need to know all the company products and basic product specifications based on datasheet to market and promote to his/her assigned region.

4 Sales Account need to regularly communicate, follow-up and be the responsible in all transactions needed for his/her regions customer database.

5 Sales Account need to coordinate all necessary requirements from his/her customers to internal department of the company, such as technical support, shipping status, payment due and all marketing materials needed.

6 Sales Account also need to understand all customer requirements and translate it to a more clear and specific information for company internal department. In return, he/she will also translate all information such as documentations from company to the customers

7 Sales Account is the main interface or person that will be the first responsible of all status on his/her assigned region, customers and projects.

Position qualification

1need to know English in both reading, writing, speaking and hearing

2Experience should include communication in English

3Knows how to operate a computer or any electronic computing system

4Knowledge in Office Applications such as, excel, word, powerpoint, pdf
