职位描述：
工作职责:
UFS Validation Engineer is in charge of UFS product developments, including validation platform build, validation method definition and implementation, device characterization, qualification and return material analysis. Deliver qualified product to mass production as well as sustaining product for yield improvement, TTR and DPM reduction.
1) Owner of data sheet verification, product validation, characterization, qualification and return material analysis.
2) Define UFS validation, characterization, qualification and mass production test methodologies.
3) Be responsible of UFS product test program development and validation on varies test platforms. Ensure delivery of test program in time.
4) Be responsible for test failure analysis and investigation of customer device/application issue during both product development and mass manufacturing period.
5) Identify device internal failure mechanism through electrical failure analysis.
6) Support validation platform development with HW design engineers
7) Support AE and customer to enable product on their platform
8) Support mass production yield improvement, TTR and DPM reduction when needed.


任职资格:
1) Any science and engineering related majors, master degree is preferred.
2) Experienced on at least one of program languages: C / C++ / Perl / Python / APG and others.
3) Good understanding to UFS product spec and validation method.
4) Experienced on lab tools, like Scope, Logical Analyzer and Protocol Analyzer.
5) Capable of statistical data analysis and data mining
6) Experienced on ATE test program development is preferred
7) Experienced on UFS driver development is preferred
8) Experienced on UFS firmware development is preferred
10) Be capable of continuous study and perform.
11) Logical thinking and pressure taken.
12) Ability to do troubleshoot, analyze complex problems and hit schedule.
13) Good communication capability
14) Uses questioning skills to better understand customer needs
15) Exchanges complex information with colleagues and managers
